From The Slums of Shao-LIN, A Star Is Born In Jeremy

Tyler Durden February 7, 2012 Recaps No Comments

It’s official; Jeremy Lin is the Tim Tebow of the NBA. He has become the folklore of center of hope and entertainment for all Knicks’ fans. It doesn’t even matter that Carmelo Anthony hurt his groin and may miss time. It doesn’t matter that Toney Douglas may never see another minute again. Nothing matters right now other than Knicks fans have something to rejoice in.

And to finish off the Jeremy Lin suckfest:

Now — the actual recap.

Reality of the matter: Carmelo is injured and out for at maybe 2 games (give or take none or the rest of the season). Amar’e is going through personal problems with the loss of his brother (our condolences) and Baron Davis has no indication that he’ll be taking that suit off anytime soon to put on a jersey. But it’s okay though, cause we have Lin.

In Lin We Trust.

Next Game: Knicks at The Washington Wizards; Wednesday 7 PM.

Current Record: 10-15
